Customers are responsible for the delivery fee unless otherwise covered by our ongoing promotions.

The delivery fee quoted during checkout applies only to Metro Manila customers.

Our dispatch team can only book delivery for customers located within Metro Manila.

If you are outside of this area, we kindly encourage you to arrange your own courier for delivery. This will ensure accurate fee calculation and correct location details.

Important Note:

If The Lachryme arranges the delivery on your behalf, please ensure that you notify us well in advance of the event or occasion. We have no control over third-party couriers, and any delays or issues once the item is dispatched are beyond our responsibility. However, we will always remind the couriers to handle the flowers with care.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost. A downpayment of Php 1000 is required, and the excess fee will be refunded once the final bill from LBC is received.

A final bill from the LBC courier will be sent to you via Facebook, Instagram, or Email, and payment is required once the flowers are picked up by the courier.

Our team will notify you via Facebook, Instagram, or Email once your order is ready for delivery, along with actual photos of the flowers. After your approval, we will schedule your order for shipping on the next available day or on the date you specify (please note, this is not the delivery date).
